Log into your TeakCo account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Furniture

Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it securely in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture items, our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient curbside collection time.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
